Anyone with good ideas to beat the heat/crowds?

I don't mind the crowds at EMH at night-- half the fun for me is walking around MK and Epcot at night. But how to avoid waiting in 110 minute lines??

I'm guessing the economy hasn't effected Disney crowds?
